After 35 years in sales I have taken 1000's of transactions and closed 1000's of sales and in my opinion this is essential for a modern small businesses Any small business should be looking at this, stops all the fuss of calling back for your money also makes it less embarrassing for your customer if they have forgotten to organise payment. Also if you are selling your product this is the perfect deal closer, taking a deposit or an upfront payment again preventing a call back only to find they have gone elsewhere. Only downside I think the machine is a little less technically superior to others but for most this is a plus. These are very easy to use and this is the best value at only 1.95% per transaction and no monthly fees. Paypal starts at 2.75% and others very similar.
